These terms govern the use of the alphatechkft.digital website, operated by ALPHATECH Számítástechnikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság. By using the site, you accept these terms.
This page sets out the rules for reading and using this website. It does not replace the written service agreement between ALPHATECH and a client — that contract is agreed separately, in writing, and covers the specific services, response expectations and data handling that apply to your engagement.

Who operates this site
The website alphatechkft.digital is the official site of a Győr-based computer technology and IT services company. All legal correspondence about the site itself should be addressed to the operator below; service enquiries go through the contact page.

Using the site and what you may do here
This site exists for two things: to describe the IT services ALPHATECH provides, and to let you get in touch with us. Beyond that, it is a normal public website and we ask you to treat it that way.
You are welcome to read the pages, follow links between them, save or print a page for your own reference, and quote short passages with attribution to ALPHATECH. If you are comparing providers, the service descriptions, contact details and the written notes on our working approach are all there to help you decide whether we are a fit.
What is not acceptable is anything that damages the site or the people using it. That includes attempts to break into or probe our systems, deliberately overloading the site, running automated crawlers at a rate that affects availability for others, or injecting content into forms and URLs. Where a request pattern looks like abuse, we may restrict access without prior notice.
How accurate the information is
We keep the pages current and check service descriptions when something changes on our side, but IT environments move quickly. The written content, page structure, illustrations of our own making and the overall design of this website belong to ALPHATECH Számítástechnikai Kft. unless a page states otherwise. That covers the service descriptions, the copy on the approach and industries pages, and the code and styling that present them.
You may read the site, quote short passages with a clear reference back to ALPHATECH, and link to any page. These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes that arise from using this website fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
