What to include in your message
A few details help us respond usefully on the first reply. None of it is required, but it shortens the back-and-forth considerably.
How many people work at your company, and roughly how many devices or accounts they use.
Which systems you run today — servers on site, Microsoft 365, line-of-business software, network gear.
What problem or project prompted you to get in touch. If you already have an IT provider, mention what is and is not working.
If you are planning something specific, such as a Microsoft 365 migration or a new office rollout, say so and add a rough timeline.
Ask a question
New enquiries and general questions. If you are an existing client with a technical issue, use the support channels in your contract instead.
Site visits in the Győr area
For companies within the Győr region, we can arrange an on-site visit to look at your environment directly. This is often the most efficient way to assess a network, a server room, or a production floor setup.
Visits are scheduled during business hours, and for manufacturing clients we can work around shift patterns where needed. Outside the region, we start with a remote assessment and plan site work if the project requires it.
Every assessment starts on your floor, not in a slide deck.

What happens after you contact us
We reply, usually with a few clarifying questions, and propose a short call. The call covers your current setup and what you are trying to achieve. If it looks like a fit, we suggest an assessment, which produces a written summary and a proposal. There is no obligation at any stage, and no pressure to move faster than you want to.
First reply
A short acknowledgement, then clarifying questions if your description leaves anything open.
Short call
We go through your setup and what you want to change, then agree whether an assessment makes sense.
Assessment
A written summary of what we found, followed by a proposal with scope and cost.
Your decision
You take it from there. Nothing is committed before you agree to it.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge enquiries within one business day. Complex requests may take slightly longer to answer properly, because we prefer a considered response over a quick acknowledgement that says nothing.
Existing clients on managed services agreements should use their normal support channels, which have defined response times.
Existing clients
If you already have an agreement with us, use the support channels specified in your contract for technical issues. Those routes have defined response times and go directly to the team handling your environment.
The form and details on this page are for new enquiries and general questions. Sending a technical issue here delays it, because it lands with the wrong queue.
Before you write
I do not know exactly what we need yet. Is that a problem?
No. Describe the symptoms instead — slow systems, repeated outages, an upcoming move, or a compliance question from a client. The first call is where we turn that into a scope, together.
Can you work with the IT provider we already have?
Often, yes. Some engagements are a second opinion on a specific project, some are a gradual handover, and some are a clean start. Mention what is and is not working with the current arrangement and we will say plainly which of those fits.
We are outside Győr. Can you still help?
Yes. Outside the region we start with a remote assessment and plan site work if the project calls for it. Say where you are based and how much of the work you expect to happen on site.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Rough numbers are enough: headcount, locations, and the main systems you depend on. If you have an existing service contract or a recent invoice for IT work, having it nearby helps us understand the current arrangement.
Start with one conversation
Call for anything urgent, or send a message with the details and we will come back with questions and a suggested next step. If you would rather see how we work first, the services and approach pages cover what we do and how an engagement runs.
