About ALPHATECH Számítástechnikai Kft.
This page states who we are in the terms that matter for doing business with a Hungarian company: legal name, registration details, location, and the way we work. It is deliberately factual.
Legal identity
The company's full legal name is ALPHATECH Számítástechnikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság. Company registration number: 13-06-045892. Tax number: 25984561-2-08.
These details can be verified through the Hungarian company register. We publish them here because clients, procurement departments, and accounting teams need them before a contract can be signed, and finding them should not require an email. If your purchasing process asks for the registered name exactly as it appears on the certificate, the string above is the one to copy — the shortened trading form, ALPHATECH Kft., is how we refer to ourselves in conversation and on the site.
Matching the legal name, registration number and tax number to the invoice and the contract is usually the slowest part of onboarding a new supplier. Putting all three on the public site is a small thing that removes a round of correspondence.
Procurement teams can cross-check the three numbers against the register before any contract is drafted. Nothing here is behind a form.
Where we are
Our registered address is Szent István út 10, 9023 Győr, Hungary. Győr sits at the centre of one of Hungary's densest industrial regions, which shapes the client base we serve.
Most of our work involves companies in Győr-Moson-Sopron county and along the western corridor toward the Austrian border, though we support remote-first clients elsewhere in the country. Being physically present matters for manufacturing and logistics clients, and our location makes that practical.

What we do
We provide managed IT services, cloud consulting, cybersecurity work, and custom software development for Hungarian businesses. In practice, that means running service desks, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, hardening identity and access, and building internal tools where no suitable product exists. We are a systems integrator rather than a license reseller: the deployment, the migration, and the ongoing operation are all part of what we do.
A staffed service desk during office hours, monitoring for the systems we run, and a named engineer who knows your environment. Tickets, changes and maintenance windows are logged so you can see what happened and when.
Microsoft 365 and Azure environments planned, migrated and operated. Licence reviews, tenant consolidation, and a written plan for what runs where before anything moves.
Identity and access reviewed, multi-factor authentication rolled out, mail and endpoint protections tuned. We document what is enforced and what remains a manual step.
Internal tools built where no suitable product exists — a quoting calculator between two systems that never spoke to each other, a shop-floor checklist that replaced a paper folder, a small integration that removes a daily manual export. We scope the smallest thing that solves the problem, then extend it if it earns the extension.
Most clients start with one of these and grow into two or three. A managed service arrangement usually comes first, the cloud work follows a migration decision, and security reviews tend to land once there is something worth protecting. The full picture of what we take on is on the services page, and the platforms we work with are listed under technology partners.
How we work with clients
Engagements start with an assessment and continue under a written scope. Response times, inclusions, exclusions, and change processes are documented before work begins. We do not require long lock-in periods, and we do not hold client systems hostage through undocumented configurations. When a relationship ends, the handover includes network diagrams, credentials, and support procedures. Clients who stay do so because the arrangement keeps working, not because leaving is difficult.
Two habits make that possible. Everything we change on a client system gets recorded in the same place the client can read, so an engineer on a Tuesday afternoon does not have to guess what happened on a Friday night. And the person who answers the phone is close to the person who does the work — there is no account management layer translating between them.
Written into every engagement
- Response times agreed in advance, not improvised after an incident.
- What is included and what is not, so nobody argues about the boundary later.
- A change process for anything outside the agreed scope.
- An exit handover with diagrams, credentials and support procedures.
Company structure and team
ALPHATECH is a Hungarian limited liability company. Our team covers service desk, systems engineering, cloud work, security, and software development. For projects requiring specialist skills outside our core, we work with trusted partners rather than overstating our internal capacity.
The size of the company means clients get direct access to the people doing the work, without layers of account management between them and a technician. When a project needs a specialist we do not have in-house, we say so at the assessment stage and bring the partner in under the same written scope, rather than absorbing the gap and hoping it holds.
If your team already has internal IT, we work alongside it — taking the routine operations off the desk, or handling the projects that need a second pair of hands and a deadline.
Service desk
First line for users, working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
Systems engineering
Servers, networks, endpoints and the pieces that connect them.
Cloud and identity
Microsoft 365, Azure tenants, access reviews and sign-in controls.
Software
Internal tools built where no suitable product exists, scoped in writing first.
Business registration and compliance
Registered business
We operate as a registered Hungarian business and comply with Hungarian accounting and tax obligations. Company registration number 13-06-045892 and tax number 25984561-2-08 appear on this page for verification.
Procurement documents
For clients with procurement requirements, we can provide standard company documentation on request. Tell us which documents your process needs and we will send them rather than guessing at a standard set.
Invoicing
Invoices carry the company's registered name and tax number exactly as listed above, so the paperwork matches what your finance team will find in the register.
Contracts
Every engagement runs under a written scope. That document names the company, the services, the agreed response times, and the change process — the same scope referenced on this page and on our approach page.
Contact details
For enquiries about services, the contact page has a short form and the same details. For anything legal or administrative, email is usually faster than phone.
